So we have been having issues with our plumbing where our line was maintaining water in it causing issues with our sewer line drainage. We contacted the City and they said they checked the manholes which showed no issues, saying the issue had to be on our line. I called Mr. Ramon with Almighty Plumbing and he showed up timely, and did a remarkable job. He ran a 100 feet from his auger from the clean out and it did not clear the issue. He then ran a camera down the sewer line and there was no blockage found in our line, however he kept feeding the camera from the clean out into the City’s sewer main. He ran the camera close to 200 feet and the sewer line was full of water, indicating the issue was with the City. He had me call the City while he was at our house and spoke to the Public Works employees who showed up. Mr. Ramon explained to them the issue, and while they were reluctant to take his advice about the proper fix to the issue, Mr. Ramon remained professional and was persistent to the proper fix which they actually ended up doing. The fix Mr. Ramon recommended to the City worked and our plumbing is working again. I highly recommend Almighty Plumbing and Rooter Service to anyone who has issues.
